Dëlev-lêke Bî (/ˈelɘ/ /ˈlɘke/ [vegetable] [amount; quantity]) is a temperate Town located in the Lêtdêsara Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Dëlev-lêke Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Dëlev-lêke Bî was founded by Dyesëm Trgfêpí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Dëlev-lêke Bî has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Dëlev-lêke Bî receives an average of 269 cm/y (105 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Dëlev-lêke Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3770 m (12368 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Dëlev-lêke Bî was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1466, by Dyesëm Trgfêpí. The establishment of Dëlev-lêke Bî was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Dyesëm Trgfêpí struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Dëlev-lêke Bî as a prison colony.
Dëlev-lêke Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dëlev-lêke Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Dëlev-lêke Bî is buildings are arranged within a network of premissive flagstone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Dëlev-lêke Bî's robustly designed timber walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Dëlev-lêke Bî is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. There’s a patern to the panic. It’s not easy to see, and no one quite agrees on what it is, but the locals know and operate under this pattern. It shapes everything they do, and you feel as if you’ve almost worked it out only for some small detail to devastate your theory every time you try and comprehend it.
Civic Infrastructure

Dëlev-lêke Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Dëlev-lêke Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Dëlev-lêke Bî has an Administrative Academy which trains individuals in the administrative arts.
Dëlev-lêke Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Dëlev-lêke Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Dëlev-lêke Bî has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Dëlev-lêke Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
In Dëlev-lêke Bî there are unidentifiable people in the fog, but it seems to be okay.

Dëlev-lêke Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves consuming a local toxin to channel Illusion energies of tier 3 via singing.
